Michael Faulk, M.D.
Emergency Care Medical Director
Michael Faulk, MD is the Medical Director of integrated acute care at Warren General Hospital in Warren, Pennsylvania. He joined US Acute Care Solutions in 2018. He is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Faulk received his Bachelors from the North Park University in Chicago Illinois. He went on to graduate school at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan. He earned his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Martin Netherlands Antilles. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Penn state Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
