Warren General Hospital SAFE HAVEN notice

All Hospitals in Pennsylvania are Safe Havens including WARREN GENERAL HOSPITAL.  We are there to protect your baby if you are not able to care for the baby properly.  All you have to do is bring your newborn (up to 28 days old) into the Hospital lobby and drop the baby off with any staff member.  That’s all there is to it. As long as the baby is unharmed and the baby is not a victim of any crime, you will not be in any trouble.

No one will ask you any questions; no one will judge you and no one will say a word about your baby.  In fact, you don’t even have to give your name or address.

You can provide medical information for the baby, but you don’t have to answer any questions.
