RehabWorks
Who We Are
RehabWorks is a team of experienced therapists and assistants with the goal of optimizing an individual’s functional independence following an injury, surgery, or while recovering from a debilitating condition. We offer personalized, one-to-one care to every patient, and all of our therapists are trained and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
What Makes Us Special
In addition to offering Physical Therapy services, RehabWorks is the only outpatient facility in the area to offer Occupational Therapy, Pulmonary Rehab, Speech Language Pathology and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Our Aquatic Therapy pool enables patients to exercise while submerged in water. Due to the buoyancy and heat in the pool, patients can start rehab sooner, have decreased pain, and improved levels of flexibility, strength, and balance.
RehabWorks has all of the hospital services conveniently located in the same building allowing for collaboration and sharing of information with an entire care team.
RehabWorks has the largest therapy team in the area, making it easier for us to accommodate your schedule.

Our Services
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) work with patients to help them achieve their prior level of function. We achieve this goal by using state-of-the-art equipment to help patients increase strength, manage pain, and resolve symptoms. Our physical therapy team thoroughly educates patients about their diagnosis and home exercise program and works closely with each individual to establish clear, meaningful objectives for therapy.
The RehabWorks Physical Therapy Department: features a 92 degree heated pool with an adjustable treadmill and wave current, specialized treatments for back and neck pain, lymphedema management, advanced rehab techniques for sports-related injuries and one-to-one pulmonary rehab therapy treatments.
Speech Therapy
Our speech and swallowing therapy program is designed to help adults and children manage disorders of speech, swallowing, and voice.
Our highly-trained speech-language pathologist focuses on function and believe in a restorative therapy approach. Using current and evidence-based treatment techniques, our therapists help patients achieve functional goals and maintain independence at home, at work, and in the community.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists (OT’s) and certified occupational therapy assistants (COTA’s) focus on the things you want and need to do in your daily life. Occupational therapy intervention focuses on promoting health, well-being, and your ability to participate in the important activities in your life. This includes any meaningful activity that a person wants to accomplish, including taking care of yourself and your family, working, volunteering, going to school, among many others.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
RehabWorks is one of the few facilities in the region to provide both phase II and III Cardiac Rehabilitation programs. Phase II is designed for people who are recovering from cardiac events such as heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty, or stable angina. Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation focuses on education and self-management of diet and exercise.
Outpatient OT with Certified Hand Therapy
It can be from an accident, wear and tear, a genetic condition, or other medical events that has created difficulty performing everyday activities. We start with an initial evaluation to determine what’s going on, discuss your history, take objective and functional measurements, and then plan out treatment both at the facility and for home. Each treatment plan is individualized to focus on what matters to you. Our goal is to increase your ability to function while performing your daily activities. Treatment can include fine and gross motor skills, stretching and strengthening, task performance training, and sensory retraining. We also offer custom splinting along with help fitting or choosing commercial splints and adaptive equipment if needed.
What do we treat:
